So, you’ve found the perfect Me and Em promo code. Simply follow these steps to see how much you can save:

2. When satisfied with your order, click on your shopping bag in the top-right and review your purchases.

3. Click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the shipping information and payment page.

What can I do if my code isn’t working?

Me and Em clearance items can be found through the Sales tab in the top menu. You can regularly find discounts of up to 60% on everything from jackets to skirts, jumpers to trousers (and the skirts are something really special - don't sleep on them).

Is there a Me and Em Black Friday discount?

While Me and Em does not participate in Black Friday, it’s still a great time to shop. In previous years, the clothing brand has donated £10 from every purchase made on Black Friday to The Prince’s Trust to support its Women Supporting Women initiative. Christmas shopping for a good cause? You don't need to ask us twice.

Can I find discounts for existing customers?

We can’t find a specific student discount for Me and Em at this time.  

Is there a Me and Em birthday discount?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a Me and Em birthday discount available at this time, so you'll have to add that statement blouse to your birthday wishlist.

Can I benefit from subscribing to the Me and Em newsletter?

Absolutely! The Me and Em sign-up offer will bring you a discount of 15% on your first full-priced order.

Can I get gift cards at Me and Em?

Absolutely! You can find the Gift Cards page through the footer menu - it's located on the left-hand side. 

• The E-Gift Card, available from £25 to £500, is valid for 12 months from purchase. 

• The recipient will get two emails: the first with the card and a message, then a second with the PIN. 

• Both are needed to make a transaction.

Do I get any discounts through the Me and Em app?

While there aren’t any specific discount codes tied to the app, it’s still a wonderful way to shop. Take a look at all the newest products and special offers, and order without any issues.

What is the Me and Em returns policy?

1. All items must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order, with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed. 

2. The items must be unused and kept in the original packaging, complete with ME+EM garment tags and labels. Shoes should only be test-worn indoors to preserve their clean condition. Socks and tights cannot be returned.

3. When you post your parcel back, make sure to get a proof of postage receipt from the post office - it's free of charge.

4. Please take into account that refunds may require up to 10 business days to be issued, due to bank processing.

Can I get next day delivery at Me and Em?

If you order before 2 pm on any weekday (Monday to Friday), you can have your item delivered the following working day via DPD for just £9.95.

Is there a Me and Em price match policy?

Unfortunately, Me and Em does not offer a price match guarantee, due to the unique quality of the garments. To ensure you’re receiving the best price, we recommend trying out several of our promo codes.
