What is the returns policy?

1. There is a 14-day window to return an item after receiving it, even on items that use a Joma Jewellery discount code.

2. To arrange a return request, log into your account, click on the order you want to return and select 'return.'

3. Once your return is authorised, you will receive a link to the Royal Mail portal to generate your pre-paid return label. Remember that your item must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Personalised items, unless faulty, are not eligible for returns, and your delivery costs will be refunded only if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.

5. You should allow up to five working days for your return to be processed, and then a further five to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Can I get a next-day delivery?

From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered within one or two working days, if you select the Express Delivery option while checking out for an additional charge of £2.99. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
