1. The First Choice returns policy allows you to cancel your holiday or flight via the Manage My Booking section of the website or app. You can also contact First Choice directly to cancel your booking.

2. Whether you can receive a refund depends on the booking terms and conditions.

3. If your holiday is cancelled by First Choice, you’ll automatically receive a refund within 14 days.

Can I get next day delivery at First Choice?

You won’t receive next day delivery at First Choice. However, once your flight or hotel booking is made, you will receive a confirmation directly to the email address that you provided.
