What is the Family & Friends Railcard returns policy?

1. The Family & Friends Railcard is non-refundable unless it’s lost or stolen.

2. If your Family & Friends Railcard is lost or stolen, you should go to the website, log in via the ‘Manage My Railcard’ section and report it lost or stolen to apply for a replacement.

3. You must pay a £10 administration fee. Be aware that you can only apply for a replacement 5 days after the original purchase date, and that only one replacement may be issued in a 12-month period.

Can I get next-day delivery at Family & Friends Railcard?

Family & Friends Railcard offers Special Delivery. If your order is placed before 3:45 pm, you can expect your railcard to be delivered within two days from Monday to Thursday or three days from Friday to Sunday. However, a digital version will be available immediately on payment.
