What is the Casetify returns policy?

1. Casetify offers a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy, meaning that if you’re not happy with your chosen item within 10 days of receiving your order, you can contact customer service with your reason for the return, and you will receive instructions on how to arrange the return. Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment. 

2. If you want to return customised items, you must pay a 50% processing fee on the refund amount. Other shipping fees incurred from returns are non-refundable.

3. If you want to make a return outside of the 10-day window, the 6-month warranty covers a one-time replacement for any defects to the item.

Can I get next day delivery at Casetify?

As it stands, next day delivery isn’t an option -  if you choose express shipping, it’s likely your package will be with you from 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Keep that new phone close to your chest - no clumsiness until your shiny new case arrives, promise?
