What is the Huawei returns policy?

1. You have 14 days upon receiving your order to decide whether you want to return any unwanted items. 

2. You must submit a returns request and return any unwanted items within 14 days of placing the request. 

3. Use your pre-paid returns label for addresses from the United Kingdom, choose a pick-up day from Monday to Friday or drop off your package by Huawei’s designated courier service. Please note that if you are returning an item from Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man - you won’t be able to use the pre-paid returns label.

4. All products must be returned in good and undamaged condition.

Can I get next-day delivery at Huawei?

Yes! You can get next-day delivery by placing your order by 4 pm GMT on Monday to Friday. Keep in mind that you will receive your order the next business day, so if you place an order on Friday, you’ll receive your items the following Monday. While time is of the essence, if you have a few more days to spare - you can access free standard delivery on orders over £99. 

Is there a Huawei price match policy?
