6. If returning a bundle, all original items must be included in order to enjoy a full refund.

7. For a full refund, all items should be returned along with the original packaging.

8. Once your return has been processed, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

AO.com next-day delivery

Next-day delivery is available for most products offered by AO.com. However, next delivery costs will vary depending on the product you have ordered. Next-day delivery is only offered to certain locations within the United Kingdom. To check whether you’re eligible for next-day delivery, enter your postcode at the checkout.

Price match policy

AO.com does have a price match policy. Prices are matched against other major retailers and include the product price and cost of delivery. If you find a product being sold for less elsewhere, AO.com will refund the difference.
