Yellowjackets season 3 is here, and we're desperate to find out what happens next to our ragtag bunch of plane crash victims, and of course their future selves. What else will they have to resort to to survive?
We know that the premiere episode of the TV series is split between the 1990s and present day, which makes sense seeing as (for the uninitiated) the show follows a group of teenagers who were in a 1996 plane crash, as well as tracking their adult lives in the year 2021.

We've made an easy rundown of when to expect all of the Yellowjackets season 3 episodes to drop on Paramount+.

Yellowjackets season 3 plot
The season's official synopsis reads as follows: "The Yellowjackets face a fragile victory — the brutal winter that nearly claimed them is finally behind them, but distrust in leadership and tension within the team jeopardise their chances of being rescued."
In the present, there is more drama to come: “Long-buried secrets from their pasts begin to surface. As the women fight to keep their lives from unraveling, they must confront a chilling question: who are they really, and what dark truths are they hiding from each other and themselves?”

Returning cast for Yellowjackets season 3 include Ella Purnell, Elijah Wood, Christina Ricci, Melanie Lynskey, Samantha Hanratty, Sophie Nélisse, Tawny Cypress, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Lauren Ambrose, Liv Hewson, Sophie Thatcher, Courtney Eaton, Simone Kessell, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves and Sarah Desjardins.
Excitingly, joining the cast for season 3 will be Hilary Swank and Joel McHale. We also know that two new characters, Robin and Britt, will join the Yellowjackets ranks.
