GLAMOUR's very own weather-girl for the week Rebecca Fearn sets out to determine what fellow London-dwellers should wear in preparation for this week's weather (we've even super-imposed her face onto the below weather lady so she's completely legit). Over to you for this week's forecast, Rebecca...
So the American East-coasters have been caught in the midst of some pretty terrible weather recently. A snow blizzard, named Jonas, has been taking New York and other Eastern areas by absolute storm (pun most definitely intended).
While we've all been hoping our friends across the pond have been keeping warm and safe, we've also been hearing reports of a bit of a knock-on effect to our very own weather. One look at the weather forecast this week and you may understandably feel a little confused. One minute it's sunny and humid, the next, there's rain and wind galore. With this in mind, I've got to thinking about what we should all be wearing...
Yes, I know Monday's nearly over but we hope you noticed the seriously high humidity today. It was rather cloudy and mild, so much so that I was sweating up a storm in my faux-fur jacket (TMI? TMI.)
Remember this episode with Monica's frizzy humidity hair in Barbados? Yep, that was me today. #WorkingIt

For these reasons we hope you opted for a sleek plait or updo today to save you from the humidity hell. How about something like this? Or what about the below?
No, we can't all look like Lily Aldridge... but we CAN steal her hairstyle.
Seriously, just what IS going on with the weather this week?! One minute we are enjoying bright dry mornings, and the next, just as we're lulled into a false sense of security, the heavens open.
Keep the sunshine alive with some bright rainbow-wear. We've got a whole gallery of inspiration with colourful hues a-plenty. Take a look here. Why not even dye your hair a shocking rainbow shade? That's one way to keep the mood bright alive in the office...
Well, we definitely know what NOT to wear today:

But how about a Miley-style floral summery dress (it is going to be mild, after all), layered with a faux-fur coat, some wellies, and a Katy Perry style hair turban, all to combat the pesky rain and wind. Didn't you hear? A mis-matched outfit is the best kind.
Breathe a sigh of relief because today there will be much less humidity, but this does mean a slight drop in temperature with the winter chill creeping back around.
The good news? You can finally wear your hair down again without the fear of Monica-hair. It will also help keep you toasty warm.
SS16 is all about super-straight locks - why not dig out your straighteners and give them a go?!
We reckon today calls for a spell of wet-look hair. After all, your locks are going to get rained on anyway, right?
Spoiler alert: it's going to be rainy... and more windy than it's been all week. It'll be cold and miserable so if you're anything like me, you'll want to be ultra comfortable all weekend.
Make like GLAMOUR's very own Editor Jo Elvin, and rock some silk PJs outside of your home. Keeping up with this week's weather has probably totally worn you out, so there's pretty much nothing else for it. And yes, they can look extremely chic.
