Unless you've been living under a rock or deleted TikTok (again), you must have heard of Off Campus by now. It's the new BookTok-approved romance series to fill the space in our hearts left by Heated Rivalry and Summer I Turned Pretty. Even the real Jennifer Lopez is a confirmed fan. At a time when dating apps just aren't cutting it, we turn to sexy hockey players, fake dating tropes, and a phenomenal soundtrack to fill the void.
Based on the popular YA Off Campus books by Canadian author Elle Kennedy, the show follows Hannah, a hockey-hating music student, who strikes a deal to have a fake relationship with Garrett, the school hockey star. Cue a lot of confusion and yearning. Opposites attract, guys!
If you're seeing countless montage clips of buff men and gorgeous women, it's likely you're on Off Campus social media. But it's not too late to join the hype and understand all the references.
So, the real question is… how can we all binge it immediately?
Off Campus stars Ella Bright as Hannah. You may recognise her as Bridgette from Holmes & Watson, as Darrell from Malory Towers or as the young Kate Middleton in The Crown.
Her love interest, Garrett Graham, is played by Belmont Cameli, who previously starred in Saved by the Bell and Until Dawn. You bet that Hannah and Garrett have incredible chemistry.
Mika Abdalla plays Hannah’s best friend and roommate, Allie Hayes. The actress-to-be is stuck in an on-again, off-again relationship that gets disrupted by a certain hockey player…
As Dean Di Laurentis, another member of the hockey team, we have Stephen Kalyn. Dean always gets away with his good looks and blonde locks — until someone breaks through his exterior.
Josh Logan is another hockey player and the heart of the crew, but his heart is snagged by something he can’t have. He’s played by Antonio Cipriano.
The rest of the cast is rounded out by Jalen Brooks, Steve Howey, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Khobe Clarke, Josh Heuston, Riley Davis, Karis Cameron, and Julia Stone.
