There would be no Met Gala without Anna Wintour or without at least one risque dress–usually courtesy of the Kardashians. Nor would it be possible for the ceremony, organised annually by the director of Vogue and the Metropolitan Museum of New York, to take place without the appearance of platform heels.

The singer (and today's red carpet streaming presenter) attended the Met Gala red carpet in a Marc Jacobs design in collaboration with costume designer Ruth E. Carter, whose analysis would be enough for an entire report because it is so complex.
