Married At First Sight UK has us in its thrall, with the 2024 season having well and truly delivered on the drama and the reunion episodes that aired last week. But we're taking a break from all the conspiracy theories and dramatic plotlines to ask a simple question: who is still together from MAFS UK 2024?
The TV show sees strangers being put into couples, with the first time they meet being on their wedding day ahead of beginning their marriage, going on honeymoon and eventually moving in with one another before they make the final call on whether they want to continue their marriage.
Married at First Sight UK bride Hannah has since taken to Instagram to say her piece.
Needless to say, while things work out for some couples, this is by no means the case for all. So which MAFS UK couples are still together now, post-reunion?
Here's what we've discovered.

Caspar and Emma
Are they still together? No
Things got off to a mixed start when Emma seemed super happy with her match, while Caspar said she reminded him of his twin sister. Not the most romantic vibe.
There were also some disrespectful moments from him on the honeymoon on not going for a “curvier woman” like Emma normally. Ick.
Things seemed to improve, and they seemed to be working on their marriage. They did, however, opt to not move in together. Emma and Caspar still follow each other on Instagram though so maybe their relationship was the ultimate slow burn?
Then again, maybe not. In week seven, Emma and Caspar both decided to call it quits and leave the show.
“Both Emma and I applied for this because we wanted to find the one,” said Caspar on the couch. “Emma is a lovely person, but we live our lives and think about the world in such different ways. I’ve not been perfect during the experiment, but I don’t feel a romantic spark.”
And Emma seemed to agree. “I’ve done a lot of reflection over the past 24 hours,” said Emma. “I’ve thrown everything into our relationship, but I feel like it’s the right time to leave. I do think that every man and woman deserves to be treated like a king or queen in their relationships. But we just haven’t been able to do that for each other."
During the reunion dinner, the couple joked about how terrible they'd been as a married couple, but Caspar also showed Emma that he wore the wedding ring as a necklace still. In explanation, he said: “It's still part of my life, isn't it?” We don't know what to make of that.
The latest on whether Caspar still looks at Emma like his sister.
Orson and Richelle
Are they still together? No
Orson and Richelle bonded after meeting over both being of Caribbean origin, and seemed attracted to each other. They're also the oldest couple in the experiment, aged 41 and 48 respectively.
There was, admittedly, a bit of an overwhelming moment for Orson when Richelle asked him a lot of questions during the wedding photos, admittedly just trying to get to know her new husband but we can also understand why this might've felt like a lot.
While the wedding seemed to go off without too much of a hitch, the honeymoon was a bit of a different story. Richelle had reservations due to the impact Orson had felt from being cheated on five years previously, and although he professed his feelings for her, she felt uncomfortable due to how early days it still was. Richelle left the honeymoon alone and didn't move in with Orson.
But, she did show up for the commitment ceremony, and committed to the process after a long chat with the experts.
However, things didn't stay good for long. When Hannah arrived on the scene, Orson was accused of flirting with her and Richelle began to believe that he had been lying to her throughout the entire experiment.
During the couples retreat, the pair continued drifting apart. It was later revealed that Orson and Hannah had kissed and Orson and Richelle left the experiment. But at the reunion dinner, it was revealed that after going on a date, Orson and Hannah concluded that they didn't have the connection to pursue anything further.
Kieran and Kristina
Are they still together? We doubt it
Kieran and Kristina were the first couple to get married, making their ceremony super memorable due to the moment when Kieran pulled out his fake teeth.
They bonded over the honeymoon, talking through their past relationships and love losses. When they moved in together, their bond only seemed to strengthen.
As for their socials, Kristina follows Kieran but he doesn't follow back. It has since been reported that Kieran has a new girlfriend, and this has hit Kristina hard. We also know from the reunion episode that Kristina had bought festival tickets for them both but they didn't end up going, as they were advised it wouldn't be wise to be seen together in public before the show had finished airing.
Luke and Amy
Are they still together? No
The show's first intruder couple of the series got married later on in the series, but are no less adorable. They've been named the Barbie and Ken of the show this year, with their wedding going smoothly and communication being encouraged when Amy felt “icky” about Luke complimenting her too much. Love language 101: not everyone loves words of affirmation.
The couple made it to final vows, where Amy wore a black dress to “mourn” their marriage and end the relationship, while Luke remained open to staying together.
It was revealed at the reunion that Luke had sent Amy a letter and a brooch, with Luke telling other contestants that if she walked in wearing the latter at the reunion, he'd have a chance with her again. Sadly, it wasn't to be. The letter was allegedly rather sexually explicit, which didn't go well when it came to recapturing Amy's affections.
Nathan and Lacey
Are they still together? We doubt it
Things kicked off in an awkward manner for these two, seeing as Nathan mistook the Lacey's twin sister as his wife, and paying her more compliments. Eek.
We saw improvements throughout the wedding as the couple got to know each other properly. On the honeymoon, we saw Lacey get frustrated with Nathan's lack of deep chat, but we saw him take that on and try to be more open, as well as gifting her a necklace. Cute.
We've seen things go well back in the UK too, but we feel unsure as Lacey follows Nathan on socials, but he doesn't follow back. Reports say they split just weeks after the reunion was filmed.
Alex and Holly
Are they still together? Not sure
This love story is quite tumultuous, we'd say. We saw Alex made a joke about being open to wife swapping, depending on how well he got on with Holly, something she wasn't impressed about when she found out.
Another point of tension is that Alex felt unsure marrying someone who already has two children. They had high points during their honeymoon, but did have chats with therapist Paul about resolving their arguments – as there have been a fair few.
They both chose to stay in the second commitment ceremony, but we have seen them unfollow each other and argue in the comments. We'll have to wait and see if they ultimately worked things out.
By week seven, the pair had decided to call it quits and in the penultimate commitment ceremony, they both elected to leave the show. Alex didn't attend the reunion, also.
Charlie and Eve
Are they still together? No
After a successful, sweet wedding day, things got dicey for these two pretty quickly.
Charlie and Eve fought a lot on their honeymoon, staying in different hotel rooms due to a need for space and their struggles to communicate. The arguments continued when they got back, with Eve confiding in the other women about their issues and Charlie being called a “bully”.
He also accused Eve of listening into his private interview time, which was supposed to be a safe space for all contestants to talk through their feelings.
If social media is to be believed, Eve has moved on – posting a picture of her holding hands with a new unnamed lover. Eve and Charlie also no longer follow each other and Eve didn't attend the reunion.
Adam and Polly
Are they still together? We doubt it
After being matched by the experts, things got tense at the altar when Adam didn't compliment Polly at the altar, leading to a wider insecurity where she needed more validation.
Things worsened when they slept together on their wedding night but then didn't get intimate after that, with the reason seeming to be that Adam wasn't feeling the attraction. They went for an intimacy workshop with sex therapist Charlene, but we're not sure if it did the trick.
According to reports, the couple made it all the way to final vows, and realised that their relationship wasn't working out, and ultimately split.
Things got even more sour during the reunion, with Adam revealing intimate details about their sex life, claiming: “You used to lie in bed and ask, 'Why won't you f*** me?'. You used to moan like a child.” This resulted in Polly throwing a glass of red wine over him.
Ross and Sacha
Are they still together? No
After being matched due to their shared family morals, things took a turn when Sacha revealed to Ross's best friend that she was celibate, and avoided kissing her new husband at the altar.
Over their honeymoon, they built up their intimacy, with Sacha consenting to sharing a bed with Ross. They both opted to stay in the process at the two commitment ceremonies and have built their relationship since arriving back in the UK.
While things are still looking pretty good for Ross and Sacha on the show (spoiler alert) the internet thinks they've discovered proof that Ross actually found love with another woman, presumably after filming the show earlier this year. Yes, Ross has a new girlfriend named Magda. He even published a hard launch post on Instagram after the reunion had aired, with a caption reading: "The moment I been waiting for…. The real deal. My world".
Ryan and Sionainn
Are they still together? No
After being one of the later couples to get married, the third surprise couple, we're unsure if these two made it through. The pair got close during their honeymoon and even revealed that they had both been affected by cancer in different ways. Their first commitment ceremony went well.
However, Sionainn later revealed that Ryan had confessed he was faking his feelings. After he left hte experiment, Sionainn was forced to leave, too.
They don't currently follow each other on socials, and there was quite a cold energy between the two of them at the reunion.
Stephen and Hannah
Are they still together? No
Although things could've started off well with lots of chemistry at the wedding, a huge bomb hit MAFS UK's Stephen and Hannah when it was revealed that Stephen confessed to his bride that he already had four children.
During the couples retreat, the pair didn't seem to share much of a spark, while Hannah spent her time getting closer to Orson. After she and Orson shared a kiss, Hannah and Stephen chose to leave the experiment. Stephen made it clear he didn't plan on even staying friends. The couple don't follow each other on Instagram.
Hannah also shook things up at the reunion dinner when she walked in with groom Ryan – but the pair insist that they're just good friends.
