But one of the biggest shocks? Apparently, Hannah has cheated on her “husband” Ryan with fellow contestant Orson.

Before getting into the latest drama between Hannah and Orson, let's quickly refresh ourselves on what's been going down on this season of Married At First Sight UK.
Hannah was paired with Stephen. After a pretty successful wedding day by MAFS standards, tensions rose on the honeymoon when Hannah made some comments about Stephen's appearance, claiming he wasn't as “hench” as her typical partners. Stephen also confessed that their energies didn't really match.
"There are some things that are coming in that are bothering me a little bit about Hannah," Stephen said. “I wanted high energy, but Hannah is really full on, it's all banter but it's all starting to grate on me.”
The couple ended up sleeping in separate beds by the end of the honeymoon.
Earlier this month, rumours began to spread that Hannah had an affair with Ryan, who paired with Sionainn. According to the rumour, it involved a foot massage. Apparently, the alleged affair was actually just… a compliment about his slippers?
“The truth is this – the entire cast were in a room together the morning after the commitment ceremony. All of us. Nobody’s apartment. ‘I never stepped foot (no pun intended) in Ryan & Sionainn's apartment the entire time I was on the experiment,” wrote Hannah in a statement. Apparently, she commented on the fluff in his slippers and… well… that was it. “Me and Ryan politely smiled at each other as he popped his foot back into his slipper and we all went about our day. The end," she concluded.
What really happened between Hannah and Orson in Married At First Sight UK?
While the rumours about Hannah and Ryan may have been unfounded, it now seems that Hannah may have actually fallen for someone else on the show.
In the latest episode, the couples set off for a retreat in Suffolk. Things got a little heated when it was revealed that Hannah had asked Orson to hold her hand in order to make Stephen jealous. The pair also seemed to be getting a little flirty.
After the latest episode, Hannah took to Instagram to share a message about Orson's support. "And can’t forget Hugh Hefner himself 🤣@orson_nurse for showing me good guys do exist & ones who will have your back, who will listen & let you feel heard & seen — I appreciate you so much! 🤍," she wrote.
This follows reports from a source that Hannah and Orson were about to have a dramatic affair in the coming episodes of MAFS.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the source said, “Hannah and Orson's betrayal is revealed during one of the commitment ceremonies after Sacha blurted out the truth behind their closeness. Their affair rocks the cast who have all been trying to navigate their marriages with advice from the relationship experts and the last thing you expect is for two couples to break their vows."
They went on: "It causes uproar and confusion, especially for Richelle, who hoped she could progress in her romance with Orson. As for Stephen, he sees Hannah cheating as an excuse to pursue another bride and he ups the ante with Sionainn despite the fact she's married to Ryan."
While we don't know for sure what will happen between Hannah and Orson, it does seem like there is a lot more drama still to come.
