For Lila Moss, having a model mother like Kate Moss implies many things – from having a constant reference when it comes to dressing to having access to one of the most iconic wardrobes there ever was. Not jealous at all. At all.
And just as Apple Martin (Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter) or Kaia Gerber (Cindy Crawford's daughter) have done, emerging model Lila has shown us several times that recreating her mother's throwback outfits always works.
The device monitors and regulates her blood sugar, and it's nothing to hide.
She's already demonstrated that on numerous occasions, including during her two last appearances at the British Fashion Awards. For last year's event she paid homage to her mum in a slinky number by designer Nensi Dojaka – that emulated a slip dress that Kate herself wore in 1993 – and let's not forget the see-through gown she wore to the same event back in 2022, either.
So when she rocked up to a party held by YSL Beauty to kick off New York Fashion Week earlier this month, we shouldn't have been surprised by her nonchalant outfit choice.
Clad in skinny jeans, a semi-transparent tank top and pointed heels, Lila Moss is clear on two things:

- Skinny jeans are not cancelled, despite the great TikTok ‘cheugy’ debate of 2021
Teamed with her straight, middle-parted hair, super natural makeup and head-to-toe black colour palette, we reckon Lila has nailed that effortless, casual-but-cool aesthetic that her mum is still so famous for to this day. Plus, it looks like the key to wearing skinny jeans in 2024 is to opt for a slightly looser cut, with a little room at the ankle. Noted.
