Find out what's hot and what's not according to the GLAMOUR fashion team this week:
Flashing back to Cannes, we loved the women who ditched the dress and donned a tux. From sultry Susan Surandon to Alexa Chung, this look is ageless and can be worn to any occasion, if worn with a T-shirt rather than a shirt. It also looks a hell of a lot more comfortable than sucking yourself into spanx and covering yourself in double-sided tape.
We really wouldn't mind being in Naomi Campbell's shoes this week. She celebrated her 46th birthday with a killer party in New York - Puffy Daddy... Pdiddy... Diddy (whatever he wishes to be called now) gave an amazing birthday speech AND the whole of the fashion world wished her a very happy birthday on all social media platforms. Here's to you Naomi.
It's summer and the bank holiday is coming. Stock up on GLAMOUR's gin of the week, and invite your friends over for a tipple or two. Porters Gin, £42.50 at Harvey Nichols.
Try 50 ml porters gin, 25ml lemon juice, 2 tea spoons sugar. Dissolve together in a glass. Add ice and either sparkling water or still for a homemade Tom Collins/fresh lemonade vibe. Super easy to do at home. Alternatively 25ml Porters Gin, 15ml elderflower cordial, top with prosecco. Delicious.
With the British festival season creeping onto the horizon, we are gearing up and getting ready to head to Glastonbury. Watch this space - our fesitval survival guide is coming soon.
Unless you are Kendall Jenner, or have a very attentive PA whose job is to soley help you get in and out of those style shoes, we're still not sure if we have the patience for them.
Yes, this one is actually true. KFC has launched edible chicken-flavoured nail polish and we really don't need to take it any further than this. Grim.
Whilst we appreciate that these do look like they take a significant amount of time and skill to create... we're still in the 'no thanks' camp.
Arguably this could be for an upcoming project. We hope. But we're just not sure if this is the one for you Johnny.
