Cannes Film Festival: The 15 most unforgettable looks
Over a week into Cannes Film Festival and we've been served up an array of sartorial choices that we've been discussing at length.
It's the most glamorous of all film festivals and the one that attracts the biggest names, which is why we have Blake Lively dressed as a Cinderella (confirming our long-standing suspicions that she is a real-life Disney princess) and Amal and George Clooney as one of the world's most genetically gifted, well dressed couples.
So what trends have we learnt so far? Everyone's been big into yellow this year, with Jessica Chastian, Amal Clooney, Kirsten Dunst all wearing dresses in this sunny shade.
There's all been a real refusal by some Hollywood stars to conform to the typical princess/mermaid idea of glamour. Kristen Stewart has looked like a female version of Kurt Cobain at all times, with her messy bleach blonde bob and penchant for trainers. Lily Rose Depp is probably the only person to have enough balls to wear a hoodie on the Cannes red carpet and Julia Roberts put two fingers up to last year's Cannes ban on women wearing flats by going barefoot. What a woman.

Now 15-years-old, she first shot on our radars in 2011 when she was 10 and appeared in questionable editorials that dressed her up as a mini Lolita. She appeared on the Jean Paul Gaultier catwalk when she was four. Anyway, now she wants to act so expect to see much more of her.

Blake Lively came dressed as Cinderella and everyone on social media went mad with joy.Her blue gown is in fact from Vivienne Westwood Couture, but it could have just as easily been stolen from the Disney fancy dress cupboard.

It's good to have you around K Stew, a refreshingly grungy goddess who doesn't follow the norm.

Reason 1,456, 745 to love Julia Roberts - here she is barefoot on the Cannes red carpet, completely playing on last year's rule that women should have to wear high heels at the festival, rather than flats.

While Lily Rose Depp, also known as the coolest 16-year-old on the planet, is probably the first person to ever wear a hoodie at Cannes Film Festival. True, it's a Chanel hoodie (she's an ambassador for the brand), but it's a great show of rebelliousness against a red carpet filled with mermaid princess gowns. Her evening look (also Chanel) played on a gothic gypsy. Where do you even go from here? Her coolness scares me slightly.
