The Cleaning Lady is an endlessly thrilling, character-driven saga — while it many not always have been the most subtle of dramas, it will more than satisfy your craving for moreish soapy melodrama. And good news — it's now available on Netflix. But sadly, its fourth season will officially be its last.
The show premiered on Fox in January 2022. It's second season dropped later that year, while the third season followed in 2023. The fourth and final season premiered in March 2025, with the final airing in June of the same year.

What is The Cleaning Lady about?
The show follows Thony (Elodie Yung), a single mother who, formerly a doctor in Cambodia, is now working low-paid jobs in Las Vegas as she tries to make ends meet and pay for an expensive medical treatment for her son. Meanwhile, her husband, Marco, is doing his best to secure a visa to join them in the States. Things take a dramatic turn when Thony witnesses a crime and finds herself wrapped up with an underground criminal organisation — soon, she's working as their cleaner, naturally.

The Cleaning Lady landed on Netflix in the UK today, 31 March! So, you can binge it all now — but be warned, things come to a definitive end at the end of season 4.

There are four seasons of The Cleaning Lady. The first season has 10 episodes, while the other seasons all have 12. All four seasons are available on Netflix.

Why was The Cleaning Lady cancelled?
The Cleaning Lady was officially cancelled in June 2025 after its fourth season.
The news came after one of the show's stars, Adan Canto, died of cancer a year earlier. He had played Arman Morales, a prominent member of the criminal family at the centre of the show. His character had been written out of the show for the third season after the creators chose not to recast his character.
In season 4, the show's original showrunners Miranda Kwok and Jeannine Renshaw stepped down making way for Daniel Cerone (The Blacklist and The Mentalist). This change seemed to coincide with a dip in ratings.
