Pat McGrath's rainbow eyes at Maison Margiela were the absolute dream
We've been wondering which AW17 beauty look at Paris Fashion Week will be our fave - and we think we've found it.
Yesterday, Pat McGrath created the coolest graphic eye makeup backstage at Maison Margiela. The look, which comprised of one eye with black lines and the other with colourful rainbow shades, caught the attention of every beauty editor around.
We'll be honest: we're not sure how wearable this look is IRL, but it's certainly some of the most fun eye makeup we've seen in a while. Also, how great would it look when worn at a festival?! Coachella, anyone?

There's been a number of graphic eye trends around in Milan, London and New York, including the cool lines at Marni and the thick winged liner at Versace. We also were mad for the colourful sunset eyeshadows at Alberta Ferretti.

We're no strangers to the concept of 'no makeup makeup,' but this season, it took a glossy, expensive turn. Skin was extra fresh and lips and cheeks were slightly flushed. One of our favourite looks came from Dior, where perfected brow arches took centre stage.

Pink was reinvented this season and rather than being shunned for appearing overtly pretty and feminine, the colour was used as a sign of strength and power. At Oscar De La Renta, there were bold washes of colour on the eyelids.
