6 things we've learnt from London Fashion Week
It's been quite the weekend for fashion lovers with London Fashion Week hosting it's most coveted shows including Topshop Unique, Mulberry, Anya Hindmarch and more.
There were a ton of things that caught our eye between the fashion and the star-studded front rows, from the crazy invites to the new faces and the all important issue of 'where the F is Anna Wintour?'
Here's 6 things we've learnt from LFW so far:
It may seem like a small detail in the big scheme of fashion week, but season after season the invites get more inventive... and more Instagrammable. This season, however, taking the prize was Mulberry, who sent out invites along with a stunning embroidered squirrel purse. NEED.

As for the show, the collection was all about new heritage and featured checks mixed with bold colour pop accessories. Silk, floral quilted coats we're also featured, and immediately hit our winter wish lists. Cue approving nods from fashion editors as far as the eye could see.
And while we're on the subject of accessories, you can expect to see Mulberry's crystal-emblazoned tinted sunglasses in every fashion magazine spread come autumn. Dreamy.

Lottie Moss has become a firm fixture on the fashion week frows, but for Topshop Unique, she was very much on the catwalk. Making her debut for the brand - of which her older sister is a longtime collaborator - Lottie strutted down the runway in a jumper and skirt look. Work it, Lottie.
As for the clothes, Topshop Unique picked us up and dropped us straight into 1997, from the cut-out dresses to luxe tracksuits and many rave references.
We feared the Editor-in-Chief of American Vogue had gone MIA for London Fashion Week until she made her debut yesterday at Roksanda and later Burberry. We welcome you with open arms, Anna!

Let's face it: we've all become a bit sick of the choker. The neck-hugging accessory first hit the high street back in 2014 and went on to adorn every teenage girls' neck in plastic, natty varieties. Since then, it's stuck around in many different incarnations, good and bad. But you heard it here first: 2017's version of the choker is something to get very excited about.
Shown at Versus Versace show, were thick, stretch style chokers. They catered to our current obsession with logos, adorned with huge, white Versus Versace lettering. Love, love, love.

Just take one look at the nails at Charlotte Simone for your 2017 manicure of choice. The block colour tips and lunulae are EVERYTHING.

The performance at Burberry is always as high-anticipated as the collection. This year's performer is Mercury Prize nominee, Anna Calvi, who will be joined by members of the Heritage Orchestra. We can't wait to hear this.
