Lizzo just shared her weekend beauty routine, here are the exact products she uses

The most expensive product isn't a skin-care or hair product, but a toothpaste.

We already know Lizzo loves to experiment with glamorous makeup looks, elaborate manicures, and fabulous wigs. But she's also a self-care queen, which means she puts plenty of thought, time, and effort into caring for her skin, hair, and teeth too. That's especially true on Saturdays, when she goes full-throttle for her routine – and she shared it to TikTok over the weekend.

Lizzo enters her bathroom clearly prepared for duty, wearing a silky black robe and hair bonnet. We see that she wets her face before applying Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser directly to a washcloth, which she then uses to scrub her face.

She follows that up with a face mist in a pink bottle – we're working on figuring out exactly which one – before slathering her face in True Botanicals Renew Pure Radiance Oil. She works in the moisture-maintaining formula, packed with chia seed and kiwi extract, with a gua sha tool.

Believe it or not, the only thing in Lizzo's routine that's equally as expensive as her £80 face oil is her toothpaste. Lizzo uses Theodent 300, an £80 toothpaste that replaces the usual fluoride with a proprietary enamel-strengthening ingredient called Rennou.

Her toothbrush of choice is the Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5100, and after brushing with it, she uses Garner’s Garden Oxy Pulling Oral Rinse.

Lizzo's body care routine is full of indie product gems. In addition to Natural Pure Crystal Deodorant Mist, she applies an unknown body oil (and we're not gonna lie — the bottle squeeze produces a very satisfying fart sound), followed by a mango shea butter, also by a mystery brand.

Before slipping into a Fabletics set for a hot yoga workout, Lizzo also applies Curly Assembly's Lavender Whipped Hair Butter. The moisturising and softening treatment contains jojoba oil, olive, and coconut oils to encourage shine and strength.

Totally relatable, right? OK, maybe not the £80 toothpaste part — but at the very least, we're inspired to take a little extra time for personal pampering next weekend.
