More and more, fashion-conscious women are wanting to get their scare on come Halloween but aren't always willing to head to the party with a face covered in blood. Chic Halloween is HUGE right now and thankfully, we have the answer.
The high fashion catwalks of New York, London, Milan and Paris might be the last place you'd think to look for Halloween costume inspo, but let it be known they're a hotbed for the best in gothica, avante-garde and downright freakiness - all much welcome come October 31st.
