In 2004, lesser-known actress Christina Hendricks was already cutting a fine figure on the red carpet. The daughter of an American mother and British father, Christina has already been dyeing her hair red since the age of 10, after reading Anne Of Green Gables as youngster. With that mop of fiery red hair and English rose complexion, it would be a couple of years yet until the polished form of her most famous character came to be.
