Hello Chanello!
We've been through our LFW essentials but there's one more... A Chanel taxi. Perhaps 'essential' is the wrong word but we couldn't be more grateful to Chanel for helping us travel in style.
A Chanel chauffeur for the day - does it get any more chic!?
Doing It Like Daks
First show of the day is Daks. "To match the sharp collection I'm creating a graphic eye liner look," says makeup artist Hiromi Ueda. Hairstylist Luke Hersheson kept up the clean-cut theme with a slick, side parting ponytail. "The Daks girl has her hair trimmed every 6 weeks," says Luke. "The ends are prefect and all one length."

Daks
The Daks look straight on...

You Are Now Entering A Val Garland Zone...
We are at Kinder Aggugini and there's no confusion on who's doing makeup!

Faking Freckles
"Think fresh faces and that outdoorsy feel for Kinder," says Val Garland."
Val's freckle how-to
1. Pick two different brown/ beige shades - not all freckles are the same colours.
2. Randomly dot them on your cheeks and bridge of your nose.
3. Use an eyeliner brush to slightly smudge them - freckles are not perfect dots.
Val showing us first 'hand' how to draw on freckles.

Pretty In Pink
Backstage is manic, messy and packed. Amidst the Clements Ribeiro mayhem we spotted the neatest, most girly hair station.
We love a little bit of order!
Recess
It may be our first day (and still the morning) at LFW but we couldn't resist popping into the Chanel pop up store in Covent Garden.
Our thoughts? Put it on your to-do list before it closes in December!
Sarah's Manicure
I went for Le Vernis nail colour in blue boy. Maria the manicurist said the 'token nail' is totally on trend. Confused? It's where you paint one nail a contrasting colour. I chose Le Vernis Nail colour in Frenzy.
Both Chanel, £18 from selfridges.com
Dominique's Makeover
"It's not every day you get to have a Chanel makeover so I went for a statement look," says GLAMOUR's Beauty Assistant Dominique.
How to get this amazing eye look?
1. The green shade from an eyeshadow quad called Regard Perle.
2. A glitter cream called Illusion d'ombre in epatant

Who loves GLAMOUR?
Maybelline's main man David Barton loves GLAMOUR!

She's Just A Skater Girl...
...at Holly Fulton! "Patti Mcgee, the 1965 Woman's first National Skateboard Champion is Holly's muse," says make up artist Andrew Gallimore. "This girl is always in the sun - so we are drawing on fake freckles with MAC eyebrow pencils in lingering, strut and stud (all £12.50 maccosmetics.co.uk). For the lips, I used a bright fuchsia around the edge and a vibrant orange in the centre."
Trend Spot: four shows gone and two have drawn on fake freckles - one to watch!
Who loves GLAMOUR?
Revlons ultra-cool Nail Ambassador and general manicure maestro Jenny Longworth loves GLAMOUR!

Who's In The House (of Holland)
With backstage make up regular Lucia Pica creating hyper real skin, genius hairstylist Adam Reed doing hat hair and nail pro Sophy Robson applying a paint splash nail effect... I think it's fair to say we have guaranteed gorgeousness!
And let's not forget tan queen Nichola Joss flicking St. Tropez wash off instant glow mousse (£15.32 st-tropez.com) with a paint brush to create freckles on the models shoulders...
How much talent can there be in one room?!

Sophy Robson's multicolour nail creations at House of Holland!

Who loves GLAMOUR?
Right before Henry Holland's Spring Summer 13 show he wanted to give us some love. Well Mr. Holland... GLAMOUR hearts you back big time!

That's A Wrap!
But fear not - we are back tomorrow.
Our last show of the day is Moschino Cheap n Chic. Over in make-up, Hannah Murray continues the blue trend - a popular hue from last season. And in the tress department, GLAMOUR fave Sam Mcknight was braiding and unbraiding to achieve youthful, alive hair.
See you bright and early! X
Sunday Girl
Its 8am on Sunday at Preen and how apt that Val Garland is here working with Sunday Riley products! (Launching in SpaceNK late September)
The look at Preen? No nail nails, barefaced beautys and raw, undressed hair!
This pic? Backstage in full swing!

The Preen Look
Here is model Irina Nikolaeva from Russia. She's modelling in all four cities. We asked her what springs to mind when she thinks of London?
"Double decker buses, fish and chips and the english accent," says Irina!
And on to the next show we go...
Sweet Tooth?
Then Nicole Farhi backstage is the place to be. With the call time being 8:30am we're wondering if this is a midnight feast or morning feast?
Next up... Nicole Farhi makeup artist Petros Petrohilos shows us how to glow, gleam and shine!
Shine Baby Shine
No this isn't the flash of our camera... Genuinely the girls are glowing THAT much!
Get glowing with MAC Silver and Golden dusk powder (£20, www.maccosmetics.co.uk). "With a fan brush, sweep it onto your cheekbones and where sunlight naturally hits," says Petros.
We Need Space
And everyone got it! Backstage means you're normally in the way no matter where you stand. But not at Nicole Farhi! In the basement of The Royal Institute of British Architects, the girls had plenty of room to have their hair done, toes painted and to sit back and relax. Well maybe not quite relax but you get what we mean!

Who loves GLAMOUR?
GLAMOUR fave Wendy Rowe loves us!! We spotted her backstage at Margaret Howell. It goes without saying that we adore her - total makeup genius.

Smile Mr Moodie
Bumble & Bumble hairstylist Neil Moodie is backstage at Margaret Howell. We told him to smile for GLAMOUR - naturally we got the mane man at his 'smiliest.'
And yes, the hairstyle on the Ipad is the look! "I started with a french braid," says Moodie. "I wrapped it and pinned it into a demi chignon."
Et voila... A work of art!
A Tribal Affair...
At Marios Schwab. Perhaps not a look to take too literally but "it's all about a strong under eye slash," says Val Garland. "BBB - three B's to create this look."
Black eyeliner (£13.50)
Black wax pencil (£12.50)
Black matte powder (£12, all www.maccosmetics.co.uk)
How gorgeous is this model? She's called Alex Wurfel - we predict she's one to look out for!
Major Model Crush
Juju Ivanyuk at Matthew Williamson.
We can't pretend we were the first to spot her as she was pretty major last season. But with this make up (By Benefit) and hair (By Toni & Guy) she's a total beauty!

911
There's a new Benefit blush called Fine 1 1! Annoyingly not out until next year - but the models cheeks at Matthew Williamson were the most perfect mix of peachy pink hues.
You heard it here first!
And We Meet Again!
Cara Delevingne made a regular appearance on the blog last season so we were starting to get worried that we hadn't spotted her. Fear not, she's very much here (backstage at Matthew Williamson) in typical Cara style - pulling faces and keeping everyone entertained.

Hair Fit For A Queen
"The underlying theme at Vivienne Westwood is the Queen but in a Warhol cartoon form," says Val Garland. (Val's doing the make up at 5 shows today - expect her name to crop up a few times!)
So if this is the queen-like hair... Are you ready for the Warhol style make up?
Westwood Meets Warhol
A quick and refreshing breather from the natural beauty looks dominating the LFW runway. Although we will say one thing...
DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME

Alice in Westwood
Here's THE Alice Dellal being prepped for the Vivienne Westwood show.
In fact this was minutes before she was painted green... Literally!
See her on the catwalk at the show.
Pink Ladies
On one note - we feel another girl crush coming along at the Unique show. She's called Julyia Step and we spotted her as soon as we arrived!
On another note the brilliant Hannah Murray mixed 2 cream blushes in prime time and flush (£6) and finished with a palette in constellation (£12) to create this amazing pink eyeshadow. (All Topshop make up)
WARNING: We got a sneak preview of Topshop accessories - you will want everything!
Trend On Trial
Lesley Keane, MAC Senior Artist for the UK and Ireland gave us a quick tutorial on our favourite looks so far.
Dominique chose the Holly Fulton statement lip.
Sarah chose the Moschino Cheap n Chic blue eye.
And it really did take 20 minutes to do each look!
Dom's ultra-cool Holly Fulton lip perfectly matching her Kate Spade necklace.
Key Products to get the look:
The base is MAC lip mix in fuchsia (£11).
The centre of the lip is MAC lipstick in Morange (£14).

A close up of Sarah's bright blue liner!
The key products to get this look:
Hi Def Cyan Chromagraphic pencil (£13) all around the eye.
Smudge Marine Ultra Chromagraphic pencil (£13) on top of hi def cyan but only in the waterline.
Back to the shows we go!
The New Burberry Girl
Wendy Rowe opted for a very un-Burberry statement red lip for S/S 13: and we loved it! Wendy told us: “This season’s Burberry girl is sassy, cheeky and flirty. The lip was created using a brand new Burberry velvet lip colour called Siren [not yet available] and a little lip liner. Apply liner, brush the lip colour on, pat on and then blot with powder. It’s our first statement red lip.”

Who Loves GLAMOUR?
Eniko Mihalik! The striking beauty from Hungary is in London Town. We saw her backstage at Margaret Howell and we caught her just as she was about to step onto the Paul Smith runway.
Major model alert!
Dunn Up
Or done up! At Jonathan Saunders, makeup artist Lucia Pieroni went for a dark burgundy lip with an excess of black liner smudged into the waterline.
Here is Jourdan Dunn, our favourite runway regular sporting the ultra-glam look.

Tattoo Crew
Check out this blog-worthy work of art spotted at Roksanda Ilincic!
It belongs to hairstylist Mark Trinder (from Charles Worthington) rocking his interpretation of ultra-sexy scissors.
Hair for life!
Tattoo Crew (again!)
Who would have thought... Another pro showing her love for the industry at Roksanda Ilincic.
MAC make up artist, Victoria Curtis has a brush and blush tattoo on her foot.
Make-up for life!
Should we be getting a GLAMOUR tattoo? Just a thought...
Tresses By Toni & Guy
GLAMOUR's Beauty Assistant Dominique stepped out of the Fashion Week bubble to make the most of the Somerset House perks.
"They washed my hair, gave me a gorgeous head massage and finish with a luscious blowdry," says Dom.
Key product: frizz control serum £12.75 LabelM.com
Who loves GLAMOUR?
Trish Lomax! She's only the resident nail artist at the Burberry show AND nail ambassador for Dior.
We love you Trish!

Trend Spot
On day 1 of LFW Chanel told us about the 'token nail' trend (where you paint one nail a different shade.) - It appears to be catching on!
We spotted these super cool nails at Somerset House - loving the vibrant blue hues!
Trend on Trial
The nails at Rag & Bone were painted in nail enamel in bold white £6.49 Revlon.
Our first thought? We absolutely love this opaque white shade. Second thought was if it would work off the catwalk.
This ultra-chic passer-by at somerset house proves it's totally wearable.
From fashion world to the real world... The white nail passes the test!
Who loves GLAMOUR?
The one and only tan queen Nichola Joss! Even in blue gloves Madam Joss looks ridiculously cool.
From her velvet tan at Mary Katrantzou to the freckle tan at House of Holland, she's shown us that being bronzed is in for Spring Summer 13. And we are unashamedly excited.
Every Manes Dream
We were in tress heaven when we spotted this gorgeous array of Moroccanoil products at Paul Smith.
"The two key products I used on the girls at Paul Smith are Frizz Control (£18,65) and Hairspray (£16.65, both Moroccanoil)," says hairstylist Peter Gray
