Amazon rugs that are so chic they could pass as designer (and they all cost less than £200)

If you've never considered Amazon rugs in your search for the perfect finishing touch for your home, you're missing out. Stay with me. A chic rug can unify any space: guaranteed to inject opulence and luxury into any living room / bedroom / hallway. Rugs can add both a physical and aesthetic warmth, and if you live in a rental, they'll allow you to introduce an abundance of personality without the need to pick up a paintbrush. Plus, they hide a multitude of sins that may hide beneath underneath (read: that tea-stained carpet *sob*).

That said, rugs can be expensive. Or so I first thought. My search for dreamy rugs to add a bit of texture atop the pretty-but-freezing floorboards in my flat has taken me far and wide. From bedroom rugs at Made.com to outdoor rugs at La Redoute. I assumed no stone had remained unturned – and that my bank balance was just going to have to suffer – until my friend reminded me that her chic, monochrome berber design was, in fact, an Amazon rug.

There's a seemingly endless number of Amazon rugs stocked on the retail giant's website, and so many of them are surprisingly chic. Sure, you have to sift through quite a lot to find of trash the gold - (exactly what I've done for you down below) - but when you find it? You're onto a winner. Most Amazon rugs are available with next day delivery through Amazon Prime, and the majority come under £200. Much more like it.
