Redeeming your discount code

To apply and activate your Vision Express promo code, follow these steps:

1. Begin by selecting a Vision Express discount code you’d like to use and copy it to your clipboard.

2. Shop at Vision Express and add your desired items to the shopping basket.

3. Initiate checkout by clicking on the basket icon.

4. You’ll find an “enter promo code” box just above your order total. Paste in your Vision Express voucher and select “apply” to activate before paying.

Sadly, there isn't an online student discount at Vision Express. It is, however, available in-store, where students can claim 20% off by presenting a student ID card.

You won’t find any Vision Express gift cards to spend online or in-store.

App discounts

There isn't a Vision Express app available or under development. However, the online store is fully optimised for mobile browsing, so look through the website as normal to find what you need for less.

Returns

1. Vision Express operates a 100-day returns policy. It covers you for any unworn, unwanted items in as-new condition and damaged items due to manufacturer defects. You can also upgrade your purchase, paying the difference for a new pair.

2. To begin the process, head to the returns portal and choose the item type you’d like to return (prescription glasses, non-prescription sunglasses or contact lenses).

3. You’ll be forwarded to the Royal Mail. After entering your order number, return reason and details, you’ll receive a label to print at home.

4. Pack up your return with the label attached and drop it off at your nearest post office. Refunds are generally processed within 5 days of receipt.

Next Day Delivery

Vision Express Next Day Delivery service is offered on all sunglasses and accessories purchases, free of charge. Available Monday to Friday on orders placed before 6 pm, order within the cut-off point to avoid disappointment. Contact lenses, prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses are ineligible for next-day delivery. These items are still delivered free of charge.

Price match policy

The Vision Express price match policy covers you for 60 days after purchase. If you find your item sold cheaper elsewhere, get in touch for a refund of the difference. You can also notify Vision Express to get a price match. Bear in mind that this price match includes postage costs, and the product must be identical in style, colour, etc.
