1. There is no NIO returns policy for undamaged cocktails. However, the store will accommodate returns or replacements for defective products.

2. Get in touch with the help team, providing your order number, email and postage address. Provide photographs of the damage where applicable.

4. You may be asked to return the defective product and asked whether you want a refund or replacement.

NIO Next Day Delivery

NIO Next Day Delivery takes between 1 to 2 days to arrive, Monday to Saturday. These costs are calculated based on your postcode and order total. If you meet the £25 free postage threshold, you can upgrade your shipping to next-day delivery for as little as £1.
