What is the Nespresso returns policy?

1. Nespresso offers you the chance to return items up to 2 months after the delivery date -  if something in the order is missing, damaged or incorrect.

2. For other returns, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if you return the item within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is undamaged and unused.

3. In-store items can be returned directly or via a collection arranged with the Nespresso customer service team.

4. The return of items bought online must be arranged with the customer service team.

5. You should expect any refunds to be processed within 14 days of the return being made. 

Can I get next day delivery at Nespresso?

Nespresso offers next day delivery from Monday to Saturday for orders placed by 8 pm the previous day. The next day delivery price for each order is £4.95.

Is there a Nespresso price match policy?
