1. Seraphine offers a generous returns policy, as judging your size during pregnancy can be tricky. Online customers can request a full refund for unworn items in a saleable condition, as long as the item is returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery. 

2. For hygiene reasons, returns of briefs, hosiery or cosmetics are not allowed.

3. If you’re using a UK delivery address, you are eligible for a free return.

4. You can begin the returns process via the website’s online portal. Within 14 days of the item arriving back at the warehouse, you can expect the refund to be issued.
