What is the Studio returns policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Your items must be unused and in their original packaging and original condition to qualify for a refund.

1. Complete the ‘Goods Return Form’ you can find on the website and add it to your package.

2. Check the size of your parcel and select the best delivery option on the website.

3. Book your delivery with Evri via Studio’s return portal – it will cost you between £2.50 and £3.49.

4. Or take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.

Can I get next-day delivery at Studio?

Unfortunately not. At the moment, Studio doesn’t provide next-day delivery. You can book a standard delivery, which takes around three to seven working days, with an additional cost of £4.99. However, some postcodes may cost more. If you’ve bought personalised items, they tend to take a bit longer to arrive, around five to 10 days. Items with a ‘Larger Items’ symbol have a flat rate of £19.99, which covers all other items in your shopping cart.
