What is the Secret Sales returns policy?

1. If you’ve changed your mind about your items, you can return them within 60 days of purchase. Items should be in their original condition with labels attached and the original order number included. Returns are charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order.

2. Click on the ‘My Orders’ section in your Secret Sales account and select the order you wish to return. 

3. Click ‘Returns’ on one of the items you wish to return, and you’ll see all the items you can return.

4. Follow the instructions and select the return method that best suits you.

5. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. It can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after it’s been received in the warehouse. 

Can I get next-day delivery at Secret Sales?

There is currently no option for next-day delivery when ordering from Secret Sales. However, all orders are generally delivered within three to five working days. When making a purchase, you’ll be given an estimated delivery date and again at checkout, so you’ll know when to expect your new items. Shipping is currently only available to mainland UK.

Is there a Secret Sales price match policy?
