What is the Ghost returns policy?

1. If you’re not satisfied with your order, Ghost allows a free 28-day return policy in the UK, but please be aware this does not include Jersey or Guernsey.

2. Except for faulty items, all products must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging.

3. You can make a return by post to the store’s Enfield address and print out a free UK returns label from the website -  and ensure you attach the label to the front of the parcel.

4. Ensure you ask for proof of dispatch when sending your parcel (you can do this at any UK post office). 

5. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the item being received at the Ghost warehouse.

Can I get next day delivery at Ghost?

Ghost offers a next day delivery service, but you must pay £7 and place your order by 12 pm to guarantee delivery by the next working day. Bear in mind when you order that the store’s next day delivery service operates from 8 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday, and doesn’t apply on weekends.
