What is the Ray-Ban returns policy?

1. If you're not satisfied with any item(s) you've received, you have 45 days from its delivery to return the product(s).

2. On the My Orders page, enter your order number and either the email address used when purchasing or your AppleID if you paid with ApplePay.

3. Use the guidance provided to print the Return ‘Label & Authorization’.

4. Ensure the item(s) are safely packaged in the original wrapping, with any relevant documentation, extras and guidebooks included. It’s important that the parcel is secure and that the contents are secure from any potential damage during delivery.

5. Fasten the pre-paid Return Label to the surface of the box, making sure to conceal any other address labels that were already present.

Can I get next day delivery at Ray-Ban?

While next day delivery is not available at Ray-Ban, you can receive your order on the same day when you opt for Click and Collect at the checkout. Please be aware that you only have 14 days to retrieve your Click and Collect order. If you don’t collect your package in time, it will be sent back to the warehouse. You can keep posted on the location of your package via the ‘My Account’ page on Ray-Ban’s website.

Is there a Ray-Ban price match policy?
