What is the Otrium returns policy?

1. The Otrium returns policy allows you to return an item within 60 days of receiving the order.

2. If the item is in its original condition, you will get a full refund. This means the item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. 

3. The company can only accept underwear and swimwear refunds due to hygiene reasons, with the hygienic sticker still attached. Earrings and piercings with broken seals are non-refundable.

4. If you use the provided return label, the return cost will be £6.50. This will be deducted from the amount of the refund. 

5. If your item is damaged, please contact the Otrium customer service team via the company’s contact form to explain this issue. 

Can I get next day delivery at Otrium?

Otrium currently doesn’t offer next day delivery. The standard delivery is from 3 to 5 working days (excluding holidays). However, you can enjoy the benefit of free delivery if the total cost of your order exceeds £150. For all orders, once the company has transferred your order to the delivery carrier, you’ll be able to monitor the status of your delivery via your unique track & trace code.
