You can. You can select a gift card in denominations of £5, starting at £10 up to £250. Head to the Oasis website and scroll down to find Gift Cards in the page navigation. Select the e-gift card value, add the recipient’s name and email address and a personal message. Plus, you can organise the card in advance and schedule a date and time for it to be delivered, so you can plan ahead of time.

Do I get any discounts through the Oasis app?

No, there are no exclusive app-only discounts, but you can often shop the same sales and discounts via the app.

What is the Oasis returns policy?

Customers in the UK and EU have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Outside of that, Oasis allows returns within 28 days of delivery for most items, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. You must send your return within 28 days of notifying them. Faulty items can also be returned for a repair, replacement, or refund. All returns are inspected, so make sure items are clean and free from makeup, perfume, or other marks.

Can I get next-day delivery at Oasis?

Yes! To make use of the next-day delivery, be sure to place your order before midnight. Standard next-day delivery costs £5.99, while tracked DPD next-day delivery costs £6.99, and you’ll need to order before 5 pm Mon-Fri and before 3 pm Sat-Sun. We also recommend considering the Oasis unlimited delivery for £14.99 if you’re a frequent buyer! With the unlimited delivery, you also get free unlimited next-day delivery, VIP member days and exclusive offers.
