Price match policy

NEOM doesn’t currently offer price matches but instead has a lot of fantastic offers and coupons for all their customers.

1. Only items that have been purchased from the official NEOM websites will be accepted for return. You should directly contact the retailer if you bought any product from them.

2. You can return any faulty product to NEOM for a full refund or a replacement within 30 days of purchase. The package shouldn't be damaged, have any scratches or marks and be in an entirely re-saleable condition.

3. No refunds can be done on gifts unless the original buyer returns them. You should also present proof of purchase when returning the item.

4. All refunds for goods you return are processed within 14 days of receiving.
