Do I get any discounts through the LK Bennett app?

The LK Bennett app provides an uncluttered and lightweight layout with a user interface that is straightforward and intuitive, making it accessible to all users. We haven't seen any app-specific LK Bennett deals so far, but we love the streamlined shopping experience.

What is the LK Bennett returns policy?

1. If you're not happy with your online buy, LK Bennett provides a returns service for any goods returned within 28 days of being received by you.

2. All products must be in their original packaging, unworn and with the proof of purchase included. Remember to keep a copy of your proof of postage.

3. You can send your purchase back either to a store (excluding when you paid via Mode, Apple Pay, Alipay or Klarna), or by post to the warehouse. 

Can I get next day delivery at LK Bennett?

Order before 12 pm for next working day delivery via DPD, available for just £6.95. Orders placed after 12 pm Friday, along with Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Addresses within certain UK postcodes may need an additional 24 hours for the arrival of their order.
