A little bit about Lindt

Master chocolatiers Lindt started life in a small Zurich confectionary in 1845, with David Sprüngli and his son Rudolf Sprüngli-Ammann at the helm. Back then, the brand was known as Sprüngli, and customers flocked to its doors. Eventually, Sprüngli built patisseries and factories, where it was said you could smell the chocolate in the air. The addition of Rudolphe Lindt, and his innovative chocolate-making process, evenly combining the cocoa mass and cocoa butter with other ingredients like sugar and milk for a prolonged period, created the silky smooth texture the brand is still famous for today. Lindt & Sprüngli went from strength to strength in the 20th Century, launching the famous Lindor line of chocolate in 1949. What is the Lindt returns policy?

1. You have up to 14 days to arrange a return of a product, from the day it is delivered.

2. To initiate a return, you must call or email the customer service team.

3. A successful return will include reimbursement of all costs, up to standard delivery - any extra costs, including the cost of return, must be yours unless the item is faulty.

Can I get next day delivery at Lindt?

At the moment, next day delivery is not possible at Lindt - your desired product will arrive quickly though, between three to five working days, and if you spend over £50 your delivery will be free.
