2. Pick the items you're sending back and select the reason why. FYI: only the pieces you register in the portal will be refunded, so no last-minute extras!

3. Grab the original GANNI packaging. Just don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

4. Stick the return label on the outside of the parcel or show off your emailed QR code when you drop it off. Always ask for a receipt with a tracking number.

5. Your parcel first lands at a local hub, where tracking will stop at “delivered.” Behind the scenes, it journeys on to GANNI's Netherlands warehouse. Allow up to 20 working days for your refund to hit your account.
