What is the BLOCH DANCE returns policy?

1. If you've bought something from www.uk.blochworld.com and want to return it, you can get a refund within 30 days of receipt (not including facemasks, tights and underwear).

2. Unfortunately, BLOCH London store is not equipped to accept online returns at the moment; therefore, any such items must be sent back to the warehouse.

3. Equally, items purchased in-store must be returned to the store. 

4. All merchandise must be returned in its original form and include the packaging, tags, and any other received materials. It must be fit for resale.

5. Fill in the returns form included with your order then send all packages to the returns address with tracked delivery. 

6. Send all items to Bloch Europe, DHL Supply Chain, Stafford Park 7, Telford, TF3 3BQ UK.

Can I get next day delivery at BLOCH DANCE?

 While any custom-made products will always take longer to arrive, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. Orders are sent via DHL and require a signature upon receipt of your items. Delivery is free on all orders over £55, or costs £4.95 for orders which do not meet this minimum. 

Is there a BLOCH DANCE price match policy?
