We'll admit it — nothing has given us more joy this January than settling down in front of the TV for season 3 of The Traitors the scheming, the secrecy and the sisterhood — what a joyful, if somewhat morally perplexing, ride it has been. And while it feels like things only just got started, tonight The Traitors 2025 winner was finally revealed. And wow.

But before we get to who won The Traitors 2025, let's take a moment to reflect back on this season's twists and turns.

Twenty-five contestants entered the perfectly gothic Ardross Castle in Scotland where they were greeted by a fringe-bearing, tweed-clad Claudia Winkleman. Three were chosen as this season's Traitors. For the first time in the UK show's history (and after a particularly male-heavy group last season) Winkleman selected an all-female group this year: Armani, Linda and Minah.

Armani was the first to fall — hoisted by her own confidence, and her own IRL sister, Maia, Armani was banished early on, leaving Minah and Linda in the turret.

Linda, with her operatic overacting and slay one-liners — I will never stop saying, “You don't need to be a sailor to know you need to tie a rope” — was eventually discovered by the Faithfuls, too.

Minah went on to recruit Charlotte after Linda's banishment, hoping that the so-called sisterhood would take them both to the final. Unfortunately for Minah, Charlotte wasn't quite so trusting and she sealed her fate.

So who won The Traitors 2025? Here we list out all The Traitors finalists and how things ended.

I love The Traitors, but it has one major issue – and we need to start talking about it

Even the most beloved reality show on television holds a mirror up to our unconscious biases.

Who won The Traitors?

We have our The Traitors 2025 winners, and it's the Faithfuls who came out on top! But that's not to say that there wasn't any drama in the build up to this moment.

After an incredibly tense final round table, Charlotte ultimately wasn't able to convince her fellow contestants and was voted out.

But as is always the case with The Traitors, the fun didn't end there! Our four remaining contestants Leanne, Alexander, Frankie and Jake all chose to banish again because they weren't convinced that they were all Faithfuls, with this round of voting ultimately seeing Alexander banished from the final.

In another twist, all three of the finalists chose to banish again because they were still convinced there was another Traitor around the fire, with Charlotte's earlier comment against Frankie of “Don't trust this woman” weighing heavy on Leanne and Jake's minds.

Ultimately, this saw Frankie banished, with the game ending with Leanne and Jake coming out as The Traitors 2025 winners. Here's a look back at the two winning contestants and their fellow finalists…

The former army vet entered the castle posing as a ditzy nail tech. And while no one has doubted her disguise, everyone has glimpsed her steely strength — Leanne suffers no fools and we love to see it. “Harry won last year. Obviously, he was a soldier, and he bare faced lied his way to the end," she said in her interview before entering. "I feel like it would put me at a bit of a disadvantage to divulge my previous job because people are automatically going to assume anyone in the military is smart and strategic.” Leanne has a shield, so, unless she is banished in a surprising twist, she will almost certainly make it to the final.

Jake

Jake is a 28-year-old project manager from Barrow-on-Furness. After suspecting Linda from day one, Jake has convinced the group of his Faithful status. It even earned him the title “Leader of the Pack” in a recent game.

Frankie, the stylish 44-year-old interior designer from East Sussex, raised four boys on her own. Aside from her occasional comments about the castle's set decoration and an endless array of killer ‘fits, Frankie took a while to successfully catch a Traitor. In last night’s mission, she was even labelled irrelevant by the Traitors. Ouch, bit harsh. As Leanne said, “How can the best dressed be irrelevant?” Thank you, Leanne. Frankie also got her revenge at the Round Table by correctly noticing Minah's slip-up in the challenge.

Fun fact: Frankie once beat out 120 candidates to take over the tenancy of the National Trust property Lamb House in Rye where she raised her sons. While there, she opened a shop and a theatre company. Winner of The Traitors or not, she's already kind of an icon.

We may have lost Linda, but we gained a new diva in her place: Alexander. Did we expect the 38-year-old former British diplomat to be such a wonderful presence? No we did not. But he certainly surprised us. A committed Faithful (and badminton player and singer), Alexander has that perfect blend of seriousness and goofiness that makes him an ideal reality TV star. The nation is obsessed.

Banished: Charlotte

Last season, we got a truly epic reveal from Diane: “Paul just couldn't be my son. But Ross is.” We screamed! We gasped! We leapt to our feet! This season, we got Charlotte revealing… she's not actually Welsh — an iconic reveal in a very different way.

The 33-year-old business director from London entered the castle with a fake Welsh accent because, apparently, it's more trustworthy (okay, Charlotte). At first, her plan didn't seem to work when suspicion fell on her early on. However, she is now one of the most trusted players — despite being a newly recruited Traitor.

In the final episodes, Charlotte threw her fellow contestants under the bus in efforts to reach the end, though ultimately she ended up becoming the final Traitor to leave the castle.

Why is it so surprising that The Traitors' Minah is looking to the show's women for support?

Minah never gives up on the sisterhood (unless she absolutely has to, of course).
