The Traitors final is already around the corner – and we’re not emotionally ready. This series has given us fake accents, questionable acting, hedge dives, and serious main character energy in the form of Linda and Fozia. These meme queens have been iconic this series, and we're seriously not ready to say goodbye to the campest offering in the reality TV show category.
As it stands – spoilers incoming! – Charlotte and Freddie are the current Traitors after the banishment of Minah (so much for that sisterhood), one of the finest traitors ever to step foot in the castle. She was caught just a few weeks after the departure of our beloved Linda, leaving us with two recruited traitors. Will they make it to the final ep next week? Right now, it seems like Charlotte has a dastardly plan to frame Freddie as a Traitor using her information about Leanne's shield. This is Harry-level plotting. Will she succeed? The suspense is killing us, tbh. Here's everything you need to know about when you can watch The Traitors final and how it'll go down (with a big twist promised by Claudia).
When is The Traitors final?
Mark your calendars – Friday 24th January is when you can watch the final of The Traitors UK series 3. It’ll be our last opportunity to enjoy the cheeky nonsense and intense plot twists that make this show so unique. Unless you're watching on BBC iPlayer, obvs.
Don't miss it, because the final episode kicks off at 8:30pm – half an hour earlier than usual – and it’s going to be a 70-minute rollercoaster as the final Faithfuls and Traitors go head-to-head for the £120k prize.
From an epic 25 contestants at the start, we’ll be down to the final few, and if the previous seasons are anything to go by, there will probably be three people left at the roundtable. But, brace yourselves – there’s a plot twist coming. As if we needed any more drama.
How does The Traitors end?
You may remember at the beginning of the third series, Claudia announced there would be a “twist” in the final episode. To keep the players on their toes and keep them guessing right until the bitter end, banished contestants in the final won't reveal their true identities (gasp!)
Whereas in previous series of The Traitors, banished contestants would reveal whether they were a Faithful or a Traitor, the twist this time is that the remaining players will have no idea whether there are any Traitors still left in the game. Claudia has said it is to make the finalists rely on their guts and trust their instincts.
A deep-dive into the greatest reality TV show since OG Big Brother.

Who is the favourite to win The Traitors?
This year's series of The Traitors has been all about women in male-dominated fields. Both of the favourites to win are women, and we’re here for it.
Claudia gave us three women as the starting Traitors: Minah, Armani, and Linda. While Armani didn’t make it past the early rounds and Linda had a few close calls (honestly, we thought she’d blow it a couple of times), Minah was the bookies' fave since day one. But now, it seems that new recruit Charlotte has deposed the queen and taken her spot as the favourite.
But even if the Faithfuls somehow manage to snatch the win from her, it’s still looking like a woman might take home the prize — right now, the top contenders are:
- Charlotte
- Francesca
- Freddie
- Leanne
- Alexander
At least we've got three gals in the top five spots. It’s a massive shift from last season, where nearly every Traitor was male, and Claudia even pointed out how “problematic” it was that so many women players got sent home early. Oh, and let’s not forget how an all-male Traitor squad kept targeting women – yikes! We're here for the women, and can't wait to see who wins.
