We want to start off by saying that we love Taylor Swift - and her wardrobe often gives us major green-eyed-monster heart palpitations. But sorry, we can't always say the same for her shoe rack.
Granted, her red carpet footwear choices are picture perfection. but her "off-duty" look? Not so much. We can think of a fair few occasions when she nailed the outfit but she stepped out in the wrong shoes.
Taylor, we love you, but this is a shoe-intervention.
Case #1
Taylor Swift is seen coming out of the gym in the East Village, New York, wearing a cute green ditsy print floral dress which she has teamed with a cute alice band, a cute little granny-chic bag and, um, a pair of sky high bright pink Christian Louboutin stilettos. Just. Wrong.
Case #2
Again, Taylor Swift out and about in New York, and again she has opted for a prim and proper look and thrown on her highest Prada shoes. This would have looked adorable with a wedge or a block heeled sandal.
Case #3
From the head to ankle this look is super sexy and cool - we're not entirely convinced that the Kate Spade bag works with this ensemble but we'll let Taylor off. But a crop top should never be worn with shoes that your grandma would go to the post office in.
Case #4
Here is Taylor Swift coming out of the gym in the East Village, New York, and would you check out her chic ensemble. We love it. Granted, the orange bag clashes with her look but her cat-eye sunglasses more than make up for it. Look down and you'll see she's opted for a pair of nude platforms. We think a chic embellished flat would have worked perfectly with this little co-ord.

Here is Taylor Swift leaving yoga class. She must be going straight back to her hotel because she left her stilettos in her gym bag. Instead she has opted for a mumsy pair of courts - we think Kate Middleton might have a few pair of these back in her royal closet. We would have given Taylor more style points if she'd teamed her casual style with a pair of Adidas Stan Smiths or a pair of Chanel ballet flats.

Here we have Taylor Swift at Narita International airport in Japan. The worldwide superstar has teamed her adorable sundress with her fave granny-chic bag and a pair of shoes that you'd break your neck in before you even got on the flight. Wrong choice, Tay Tay.

We're starting to think this is Taylor Swift's signature look - a pretty dress and shoes that should come with a set of Party Feet gel insoles.
