Reputation TV (AKA Reputation Taylor's Version) has been front of mind for Swifties this past week as the singer rounds off her Eras Tour in London, with many believing the release of Rep TV will be announced at the final London Wembley Eras Tour date on August 20.

Speculation began swirling after Swift's show in London on August 17 in which she played the final song from Reputation for the first time: I Did Something Bad.

As she sang the first line "I never trust a narcissist", the light-up wristbands Swifties were given for the concert turned green, a colour typically associated with her Reputation era.

Before performing the song, Swift told her fans: “So I'm gonna do a song on the tour that's one of my favourite songs ever just because you're that awesome and you deserve something of this calibre."

Though Swifties had previously thought she would only play the song when announcing the release of Reputation TV, notably nothing further was said, though several fans believe she must have known about the theory given her smirks as she concluded her performance.

So what are all the Reputation (Taylor's Version) hints we've had so far? Here's why Swifties are convinced that Reputation TV will be announced at London Wembley tonight.

Swift's recent hand gestures and Reputation lights at London Eras Tour

If there's one thing Taylor's amazing at (beyond creating certified hits, ofc), it's planting Easter eggs for her fans to pick up on. After Swift announced her upcoming album The Tortured Poets Department at the Grammys earlier this year, she flashed two fingers to the audience, with this later being understood to signify her release of the double album at 2am.

So what gestures have Swifties speculating this time around?

20 hand signal

While the singer usually gestures "2-2"during her performance of the song 22, at her August 17 date she flashed fans a "2-0" instead, with many believing it to allude to a Reputation TV announcement on August 20 at London Wembley.

If this doesn't mean something we don't know what does. Watch the moment for yourself:

Snake gesture

As Swift exited the stage after performing Karma on August 17, she waved goodbye to the crowd before transitioning into a snakey hand gesture.

For context, the snake is a major motif of the Reputation era, with the reptile holding connotations of the betrayal and dishonesty that threatened her honour, with her reclaiming the symbol through her music.

Rather than this gesture perhaps being the half wave of a woman who's just belted out 44 hits over three hours, the movement felt very intentional.

You can see the compelling bit of evidence for yourself here:

What's more, another fan posted red and green lights being projected on London's Wembley Stadium which is giving us serious snakey Reputation vibes:

Taylor debuted a new bodysuit

Taylor Swift debuted a new Midnights bodysuit at her August 17 London Wembley show.

Why does this matter?

Well, the stunning Zuhair Murad bodysuit is reminiscent of the time when Swift wore a new Midnights bodysuit right before she announced 1989 (Taylor's Version) back in August 2023. She later went on to release the 1989 re-recording complete with bonus tracks in October 2023.

The anniversary of Swift's social media blackout and Reputation announcement

Remember when Swift blanked out all of her socials on August 18 2017? She did this to signify the release of new music, with her then announcing Reputation just a few days later on August 23 2017.

It's only August 20 today, so until the month's through we're holding out hope!

Some believe that while there might be an announcement in August, Taylor could also potentially release it in full on the seventh anniversary of its original release on November 10.

Swift has announced Taylor's Versions at concerts before

Taylor is no stranger to delighting fans with major reveals at concerts, with her previously announcing the release of Speak Now (Taylor's Version) at one of her Nashville shows before doing the same for 1989 (Taylor's Version) at one of her California performances.

Notably, the LA show where Taylor announced the 1989 re-release was the closing show for that leg of the tour, with August 20's London Wembley show set to be the final UK and Europe tour date. Iiiiinteresting.

Given the significance of London to Taylor and the fact that she even lived in the capital for multiple years, in our humble opinion it feels like the perfect place for a Reputation TV announcement.
