Well, very helpfully the encounter was being filmed for the new series of Made In Chelsea so we'll be able to watch every cringe and fake air kiss to our hearts content.
In case you need a recap: Spencer Matthews and Louise Thompson famously split in the last series of the show after he cheated on her; she then got together with Andy "Nostrils" Jordan and he hooked up with Lucy Watson, before cheating and subsequently splitting up with her.
Stephanie Pratt is no stranger to reality TV of course. She famously appeared with her brother, another notorious Spencer, in The Hills before the show ended.
Spencer and Stephanie were first spotted together at the Grand Prix Ball in July and have been doing the rounds on the London party circuit ever since. Only time (and the cameras) will tell if this union will fare better than Spencer's previous relationships.
