Netflix's Selling the City gave us all of the New York City real estate drama we could have dreamed of. Well, almost. After binging the series, we are all in the mood for a little more. Which leads us to the question on every reality fans mind: will we get Selling the City season 2?
The show, brought to us by the team behind Selling Sunset and Selling the OC, featured the tried and tested premise: one realty firm, one city New York City, lots and lots of drama. This time, we followed an elite New York City–based firm led by boss Eleonora Srugo. It was, as one would expect, jaw-dropping TV. Think ginormous skyscraper penthouses, Manhattan skylines, and deals featuring many, many zeroes.
We are officially hooked — and we want more! Here's what we know about a potential Selling the City season 2.
The latest instalment of the Selling franchise has a new boss.
What happened in season 1 of Selling the City?
In season 1, we were introduced to high flying boss Eleonora (literally — we met her in a helicopter) and her team of mostly female agents. Tensions began to rise between the agents and newcomer Abi. We also learned some juicy backstories — namely, Justin and Eleonora used to be thing!
Over the course of the season, tensions only got higher. There were some seriously awkward romantic pairings, plenty of backstabbing, threats of agent poaching, and more.
In other words, a whole lot of juicy real estate drama — if you ask us, more than enough to justify a second season.
Has Selling the City season 2 been confired?
Right now, there has been no word from Netflix on the status of a second season, so we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.
We are feeling pretty hopeful though. After all, Selling Sunset is a huge hit for the streamer and Selling the City quickly made the Top 10 list after its release.

Things ended… dramatically. We will never forget that moment that Jade literally walked off set and threatened to sue Netflix — oh em gee.
Ultimately, she did not sue. So maybe she could be persuaded to return for season 2. Plus, we still need to find out if Eleonora can shift that $45 million penthouse.
It's set to give us a serious sisterhood vibes among the agents, with a side order of drama.
