Big Mood star Nicola Coughlan is everywhere right now – and we're obsessed with her latest movie, Seize Them!
Teaming up with Sex Education star Aimee Lou Wood, the duo star in a seriously insane-sounding Dark Ages period drama film with serious feminist undertones.
It's giving a group of seriously talented female actors a chance to take on sword fights, royal overthrows and other wild adventures that are often leave to the male counterparts of period dramas. A big thumbs up from us.

What is the Seize Them! plot?
The plot synopsis for Seize Them is quite the read: "Brimming with warmth, humour and swordfights, Seize Them! is a comedy road movie set in the dark ages. It follows Queen Dagan, an egotistical yet lonely monarch, whose reign is toppled by the charismatic Humble Joan and the treacherous Leofwine.
"Now a fugitive with a hefty bounty on her head, the Queen embarks on a quest to regain the throne with the help of Shulmay, a castle worker with mysterious motives, and Bobik, a shit shoveler who dreams of a grander life. Her new friends and wild adventures make her question the kind of Queen she wants to be."
We're loving the female-fronted Queenie vibes, as well as the idea of a royal quest to find yourself. Plus with Nicola and Aimee at the helm, and comedian Lolly Adefope as a support, we just know it's going to be hilarious.

Joining Aimee Lou Wood as Queen Dagan and Nicola Coughlan as Humble Joan, are Hot Fuzz's Nick Frost, Paul Kaye, John Macmillan, James Acaster, Years and Years star Jessica Hynes and comedian Lolly Adefope.

It will drop in UK and Irish cinemas on 5 April.
