Rihanna is honestly the style inspo of dreams, and her recent hair look proves our case.

The Fenty Beauty entrepreneur stepped out over the weekend with only half of her long locks woven into box braids, while the rest of her hair at the back fell loose over her shoulders.

The contrast of her immaculate braids and unstyled free-flowing locks looked undeniably cool and boded well with the rebellious fashion trait that the 34-year-old songstress is known for.

While we love the look, Rihanna's unfinished lengths divided opinions on social media, with one person commenting on Twitter: "Rihanna hair got me screaming cause was she taking the braids out or putting them in ???" A second added: "I know Rihanna didn't leave her house with out of all her braids done??"

However, others were a fan, with one writing: "I saw Rihanna with half braids, half hair out, so I got half braids, half hair out." Another confessed: "I like Rihanna's half head of braids lowkey." We, too, think she looks great!

While we are sure that Rihanna thought out her unique new do, we also wouldn't be surprised if she didn't complete her box braids because she didn't have enough time to do so.

I mean, the star has been busy in motherhood after giving birth to her first child back in May, and also delighted fans recently by releasing her new single Lift Me Up, which is from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.

The superstar also has a busy year ahead as she will be headlining the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show – which is a coveted gig for any musician.

The Super Bowl will take place on 12 February 2023, in Glendale, Arizona. This will be the first year that the NFL is partnering with Apple Music to produce the halftime show, which has been sponsored by Pepsi for the past ten years.
