Rihanna's last music video, Pour It Up, got banned within minutes of it going live. And it looks like we could be set to witness another shocker with What Now.

In special behind-the-scenes footage, which you can watch below, the singer describes her latest piece as "eerie" and "demented".

The clip shows Rihanna posing in a crucifix with her mullet-hican hairstyle and full "ghetto-goth" styling.

"It's going to be eerie - kind of creepy," she tells the camera. "What Now is one of those songs that you could get really boring with the video.

"It could almost be expected. Everybody is probably expecting a narrative type of video - a love story of some sort. Something really soft and pretty." She added: "It is pretty and kind of soft, but it's really a little demented."

What Now serves as the next single to be lifted from Unapologetic.

The video will premiere in full tomorrow.
