Ingredients:
1 scoop of STRIPPD protein powder
40g oat flour
1 medium egg
20g Greek Yoghurt
10g natural sweetener (e.g.sukrin gold)
50ml almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Put all ingredients into a blender and combine for around 30 seconds until the mixture has a thick creamy texture.
Next, put a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
Move the pan around so that it is covered in the oil before spooning on some of the mixture onto the heat.
Cook on each side for around 1 minute, until golden (or if using chocolate protein, a rich shade of brown) if they need longer turn the heat down and keep flipping.
Repeat the last three steps and stack them high.
Serve immediately with all the toppings you desire!
