Netflix are dropping a laugh riot of a TV series, No Good Deed, from the brains of Dead To Me creator Liz Feldman no less. Starring Lisa Kudrow and Linda Cardellini, the show will follow the story of multiple families who want to move in the same house, and the lengths they'll go to to be the successful buyer. Perfect for the festive watchlist.
Are we getting slight Selling Sunset vibes? We live for real estate drama. Liz explained her inspiration in an interview with Netflix's TUDUM. “I had already started dreaming up this world of Los Angeles real estate and thinking, ‘Why hasn’t there been a show about the buying and selling of one house and all of the people that revolve around that one location?’
Here's everything we know so far about No Good Deed.
Keira Knightley plays a vengeful spy in season 1 of the amazing Netflix TV series.

No Good Deed plot
According to Netflix, “No Good Deed is a dark comedy series that, over eight half-hour episodes, follows three very different families as they race to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they think will solve all their problems.”
It will take place in in the “romantic” LA neighbourhood of Los Feliz, which Liz Feldman explains is "picturesque in both good and dark ways.”
The core of the story looks out how finding the home of your dreams can be a total nightmare.
No Good Deed cast
Joining Linda Cardellini and Lisa Kudrow on No Good Deed will be O-T Fagbenle, Broad City's Abbi Jacobson, Denis Leary, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris and Ray Romano.
Cardellini's character is said to be a “badass bitch”, a stark comparison to her relatively sweet character in Dead To Me, while Kudrow and Romano will star as the couple who are selling the house – and both have very different opinions about doing so.
No Good Deed release date
It will drop on Netflix on 12 December.
No Good Deed trailer
The series looks to be an absolute rush of scandal and fun – it's hinted that something untoward happened in the house that everyone is vying for. What could it be?
It looks like circumstances get pretty tense between the different parties who want the house – great entertainment value! We wonder how far they will take it.
